to see what their current managerial style is
and how often or not they use the coaching style!

through some practical exercises to highlight

Branch Managers.

program was required to train and develop their
District Managers in the art of coaching and staff
development.

2 day "Coaching For Managers" program
was designed and delivered that covered coaching
models, learning styles, management styles, body
language, tonality, inflection, how to conduct
one to ones and how to deal with under-performers
and over-achievers.
These
courses were delivered over an 8 month period.

stores nationwide are performing at a much higher
