Yes. We have several sales tests that cover generic sales, inside sales, telesales skills, sales management, business development manager, sales director, account management, sales competency assessments and sales personality assessments. If you have your own criteria, we can use that as well and upload it into our system.
It’s important that we measure exactly what you need so each skill and competency is relevant to your role and how you sell. You can use our tests as they are, start from scratch or you can amend our tests and include what you need, take out what is not relevant and adjust other questions.
