As a sales person, I’m sure you are aware how important it is to develop a loyal client base as this will provide a great level of security for your business through the down periods that all businesses have. So what can you do to ensure that your customers and clients come back to you time and time again?

The short video below asks you to assess how many of your clients are re-signing, and for those who aren’t, you need to find out why they are resigning from your services and choosing to walk away or (worse still) move to a competitor. Until you really understand what keeps customers loyal and the issues that can cause them to leave you will not be able to build the kind of loyal client base you really need.
