With over 15 years’ experience in L&D, Tom has led on business-wide, large scale learning and development programmes, supporting the upskilling and behavioural change of thousands of sales people and sales leaders within Arriva, BMW, Coca-Cola and Superdrug to name but a few.

He is hugely passionate about bringing creativity into the world of learning and development, taking the theory and well-known themes and injecting the edge that’s required to bring them to life, create engagement, invoke change and deliver results.

When he’s not at the gym or spending time with his daughter, Tom’s focus consistently returns to learning and development – he literally can’t get enough! His latest hobby has seen him creating TikTok, Instagram and YouTube videos covering psychology and training tips for leaders and HR/L&D professionals in his social network.
